myMSP supports the following functions:
- SMS
Send text messages as SMS.
- MMS
Send multimedia messages as MMS.
- Delivery reports
Receipt that a message has been sent and received.
- Sender alias
Sender alias is a text string or number shown as the sender in the
receiver's mobile phone. The text sender, i.e. the sender alias that
contains letters, can be the company or organization name for example.
If you want the recipient to answer your SMS you can use a number
alias instead. Our virtual number makes it possible to receive answers
directly to the system.
- Two-way communication
Makes it possible to receive incoming messages sent to a short number
(requires a keyword in the message text) or to a dedicated virtual number.
The system can connect sent messages to incoming answers, known as
threaded SMS.
- Long SMS
Messages longer than 160 characters can be sent as a linked SMS compiled
as one message when all parts reach the receiver's telephone. You can
send messages up to 765 characters long.
- Scheduled messages
Schedule when a message shall be delivered (up to 72 hours in advance).
- Time-to-live (TTL)
Sometimes it can be appropriate to stop a message that has not been
delivered after a certain time, such as an offer that is valid for a
limited period. The life length of a message is set when it is sent
(standard 48 hours, max 72 hours).
- Flash SMS
The content in a flash SMS is shown directly on the display when it is
delivered and is not saved in the recipient's inbox.
- Destination port
Send an SMS to a specific port in the recipient's telephone. Useful when
you want to send a message to a mobile app via the mobile network.
- Send to groups
If you want to send a message to a whole group you only need to give a
group code instead of including all the recipients' numbers. Groups are
created and administered via myMSP's web interface. Recipients can
register with a group by sending an SMS to the system which limits the
amount of administration by the group.
- Duplicate check
If a mobile number features in a recipient list more than once, the
duplicate number is erased.
- Statistics
Log in to myMSP's web interface to view send, received and user
statistics for your account.
- Quality;
We have an agreement with all mobile operators in Sweden and selected
quality operators internationally. Redundant connections allow for
automatic failover if an operator's network goes down.
